1. What SIP My Cards Is

SIP My Cards is a recommendation tool: you tell us about a purchase and the cards you carry, and Card Genius tells you which of your own saved cards earns the best reward for it. SIP My Cards is not a bank, lender, card issuer, or payment processor — we don't issue cards, extend credit, move money, or process transactions on your behalf.

2. Eligibility & Your Account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
• You sign in with a valid mobile number verified by a one-time passcode (OTP); you're responsible for keeping access to that number secure.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of the card details and spending information you enter — recommendations are only as good as the information behind them.

3. Recommendations Are Informational, Not Financial Advice

Card Genius's reward-rate comparisons and Ask SIP's answers are provided for general information only and do not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice. Reward rates, cashback percentages, and card benefits are set and can be changed at any time by the issuing bank, not by us — always confirm current terms with your card issuer before relying on a number we show. We work to keep our data accurate but don't guarantee that every rate reflects your card issuer's current terms at the moment you use it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or data, or to our systems.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service or its underlying data in a way that harms its integrity or availability.
• Submit false or misleading card or spending information with intent to abuse the recommendation engine.

5. Your Data

How we collect, use, and protect your information is described in full in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. In short: we never ask for your full card number, CVV, PIN, or OTP, and you can delete your account and data at any time from Settings.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may reference or link to banks, card issuers, or other third-party sites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content, terms, or practices — your use of any third-party service is governed by that party's own terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, and the SIP My Cards name, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You're granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own personal purchase decisions — nothing here grants you rights to our brand, code, or underlying data.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIP My Cards will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost savings or missed rewards — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, or from any decision made based on a recommendation it gave you.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security or fraud risk to the Service or other users.

10. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We'll update the “Last Updated” date above whenever we do; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
